ODH - Vital Stats now has thier Report of Fetal Death training on the Internet.

The document will show you how to create a user profile in Ohio Train (the training portal for the state).  Once you have created a user id and password, you will be able to choose and take the training, pass the test at the end and print out your certificate of completion. This online training will give you 1 hour of ceu’s in the compliance period in which you take the test.
