Forgot Your Password? No Problem.
HOW IT WORKSIf you've never accessed the system, your login is your email address.
For maximum security, it is not possible for you or anyone else to retrieve your password. When you enter your password, it is stored in a special encrypted format that cannot be decrypted.
Therefore, if you've forgotten your password, the system will email you a temporary password that you can use. Once you receive it, you should log on immediately and choose a new password - one that is easy to remember.
For additional security measures, the System Administrator will also be notified when you make this request.
