Intrastate Mutual Aid Compacts (IMAC) and Emergency Management Assistance Compacts (EMAC) are being developed both statewide and nationally by the Ohio Fire Chiefs' Association's Emergency Response System Coordinators, the Ohio EMA, and the International Association of Fire Chiefs.
