Students of the Maxwell Program Complete Their Studies at Bath Township Today

This 3-day course is designed to present the leadership tenets that have influenced managers and leaders all over the world. Leadership determines the level of effectiveness and influence we have on others and organizations. When all is said and done it is "leadership" that has caused the action. To become an effective leader, the firefighter must know what it takes to make people want to follow. The team approach and having influence on others will be the crux of success, but without leadership abilities the cause is lost before it starts.

Retired Chief George Brown, OFE; Chief Vince Harris, OFE; and Chief Jim Steele, OFE instruct the class.

The Bath Township Class includes:

Assistant Chief Tim Bowling; FF Nathan Burtscher; Platoon Chief Matt Dillon; Platoon Chief Brian Helmig; FF Jeff Hickman; Shift Commander Jared Jenkins; Chief Joe Kitchen; Deputy Chief Doug Meyer; Captain Patrick Mullen; Platoon Chief Matt Myers; Shift Commander Crystal Plumpe; Captain Timothy Potts; Shift Commander Brandon Webb; FF Nicholas Wentz; and Platoon Chief Joel Will.

Congratulations to the Bath Township Maxwell Class.
