The Foundation to Advance Childhood Education provides professional development specifically for OAESA members and others who have an interest in elementary education.

Annually, FACE sponsors:

• The OAESA Professional Conference & Trade Show,
• Workshops and seminars on a variety of topics offered in conjunction with the Ohio Department of Education and other groups who promote childhood education,
• Conferences for support staff such as secretaries,
• The Playground Safety Inspector Program, in cooperation with the National Recreation and Park Association, and
• Workshop for Aspiring Principals.
