The conference is intended for teachers and other school leaders who are interested in becoming school administrators. Topics will include exploration of the principalship; preparing for the interview process; practicing responses to interview question; suggestions for presenting a resume; and ideas for gaining experience. Presenters will include a former HR director and a panel of practicing administrators. Focus: Ohio Standards for Principals - Standards 1-5
