Leading Effective Instruction Workshop (II)

            This workshop is intended for practicing administrators who are interested in improving their skills and identifying strategies for leading effective instruction.  Topics will include identifying specific evidence of effective instruction in classrooms; protocols for staff to use in looking at student work; strategies for building a collaborative culture for examining teaching and learning; and effective use of PLC's for improving instruction. The workshop is part II of a two part series.  Participants are welcome to register for one or both of the workshops.  Focus: Ohio Standards for Principals - Standards 2 & 4
