This workshop is intended for school administrators, principals or assistant principals, who are just beginning their careers in administration. Topics include putting the Ohio Standards for Principals into action; being an instructional leader; identifying effective instruction; and building a collaborative culture. A panel of current administrators will offer insight into creating a positive and productive experience. This is the first workshop in a series recommended for beginning administrators. The other recommended workshops include the Special Education Legal Seminar and the Teacher Evaluation Workshop. Focus: Ohio Standards for Principals – Standards 1-5
