The conference is intended for teachers and other school leaders who are considering becoming school administrators. Topics will include exploration of the principalship; identifying your leadership values; examining preparation programs; and ideas for gaining leadership experience. Presenters will include a panel of practicing administrators. Focus: Ohio Standards for Principals – Standards 1-5
