Teacher Evaluation Workshop

This workshop is intended for administrators with responsibilities for evaluating teachers and other staff members. Topics will include legal and contractual requirements; developing a supervision model for teacher growth; strategies for data gathering; the post-observation conference; and strategies for leading change in behaviors. Focus: Ohio Standards for Principals – Standards 2-3-4.
