The OADA Convention Committee is planning informative, dynamic and educational general business sessions and afternoon break-out sessions.  Topics such as Social Media, Fixed Ops, Generation Y and The Challenges of a Family Owned Business are being considered for the General Business Session and Afternoon Breakout Sessions.

OADA was able to negotiate a phenomenal guest room rate of $275.00 per night which includes taxes at this 4-Star property. This is a savings of $70.00 per night compared to the rate for the 2009 Convention. The guest rooms accommodate 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 18. Talking about VALUE, the inclusive OADA convention package includes 3 breakfasts, a welcome reception and dinner, a cocktail/dessert reception, the farewell cocktail reception and dinner.  The only out of pocket expense you will incur is for lunch and one dinner.  We are also offering a $50.00 credit off your registration fee for you and your spouse/guest if you sign up by December 31, 2011.   WHAT A DEAL!

We think the 2012 Convention will be a sell-out, and if you have special guest room requests or want to arrive early for the convention or stay a couple days at the conclusion of the convention for the OADA rate of $275.00 per night…please send your registration form in TODAY!  Special requests will be handled on a first-come first-served basis.

Special Note:  We were able to secure MARCH dates with arrival on Friday, March 23 and departure on Monday, March 26, 2012.  The dates might also coincide with your children’s SPRING BREAK!  If not, please note we chose this pattern of dates to include the weekend.
