Salus University (formally Pennsylvania College of Optometry) located at 8360 Old York Road, Elkins Park, Pennsylvania is offering the credentialing course required for optometrists who have graduated prior to August 7, 2005 and are seeking a therapeutic pharmaceutical agent certification to prescribe oral medication.
