Annual Sponsors of under $5000 will be subject to the following fees:

QUARTERLY MEETING FEES

   1 Day meeting non-member fee:                              $250.00 per person

ANNUAL CONFERENCE FEES

   Annual 2 day Fall Conference non-member fee       $750.00 per person

Cancellation Policy: All Cancellations must be received via e-mail or by phone, 72 hours prior to the start of the meeting. If we do not receive proper notice a $100 per day no show fee will be assessed. I acknowledge that this fee will be automatically charged to my company in the event I do not adhere to the guidelines set fourth by NJSOM.
