Organizers are in the midst of planning a great 2010 Annual Meeting for NCPLA members. We'll be heading to the Sheraton Atlantic Beach October 11-12 to enjoy fun, fellowship and the opportunity for educational topics to further our profession.

The Meeting kicks off with the annual golf tournament on Monday at Carolina Colours Golf Club with a shotgun start at 10 a.m. Lunch will be included.

For the non-golfers, we have arranged a cruise by catamaran to Cape Lookout where you can snorkel, hunt for shells, or just take in the view while enjoying lunch.

Monday evening brings the reception, dinner and the ever popular Lobster Awards - always a fun evening.

Then on Tuesday morning, the Education Committee is lining up speakers who will discuss timely topics pertinent to every lobbyist.

10am Cape Lookout Cruise

6 pm Welcome Reception

7 pm Dinner & Awards

8 am Continental Breakfast

8:30 am Ethics Law Changes - 2010

9:00 am Citizens United

10:00 am Election Preview - NC FreeEnterprise Foundation

11:15 a.m.  NCPLA Annual Meeting

12 noon Adjourn
