The NCDA Career Development Facilitator (CDF) Training is a 120-hour instructional program designed for individuals who assist others with career development. The training has value for both front-line personnel and program administrators in a milieu of settings who provide career development services. Individuals that complete this training program are eligible to apply for the Global Career Development Facilitator Credential available from the Center for Credentialing and Education.
NOTE: CDF eLearning Resource DVD
This DVD contains eLearning Resources that enhance the CDF Curriculum. Please note that the materials included on this DVD were designed specifically for use with the Revised 2nd Edition Curriculum. However, the activities and resources included on this DVD will enhance the learning experience for all students using the 3rd edition but is not a required element.
