The NCDA Career Development Facilitator (CDF) Training is a 120-hour instructional program designed for individuals who assist others with career development. The training has value for both front-line personnel and program administrators in a milieu of settings. Course content includes in-depth coverage of the following topics:

Individuals that complete this training program are eligible to apply for the Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) Certification available from the Center for Credentialing and Education.

Facilitating Career Development: Student Package
The student package consists of a printed textbook that addresses all 12 competencies. Each chapter in the text includes learning objectives, text material, learning activities, homework, and references.
