The NCDA Career Development Facilitator (CDF) Training is a 120-hour instructional program designed for individuals who assist others with career development. The training has value for both front-line personnel and program administrators in a milieu of settings. Course content includes in-depth coverage of the following topics:

- Basic helping and facilitation skills DF
- Career development models and theories

Individuals that complete this training program are eligible to apply for the Global CDF Certification available from the Center in Credentialing and Education.

Facilitating Career Development: Student Package
The student package consists of a printed textbook that addresses all 12 competencies. Each chapter in the text includes learning objectives, text material, learning activities, homework, and references.
