Free Technology Tools to Help You Work Better, Faster, and Smarter

Sponsored by: NCDA Technology Committee and the
Professional Development Committee
Presented by: Shirley Rowe and Janet Wall
November 13, 2013
National Career Development Day
1:00 - 2:30 pm Central Time

How would you like to become more efficient and productive? It seems there just isn’t enough time in the day to accomplish everything we want. The duties and responsibilities pile up and we become stressed out. Wouldn’t it be nice to have some tools to help us do more in less time and with fewer resources?
Thanks to generous technology companies, there are numerous free technology tools that can help you accomplish more in a shorter period of time helping you work smarter. While most of us are familiar with the social media tools available, we tend to be less aware of the wide variety of technology tools that can make both our professional and personal lives easier.

This webinar will cover several free tools that the presenters have discovered, evaluated, and determined could help you:

  • Communicate and collaborate with colleagues
  • Collect information from others
  • Schedule meetings
  • Transmit information
  • Stay organized
