CDF Advisory Council - Rebecca M. Dedmond

In this rapidly changing world, career development professionals are faced with a myriad of challenges to meet the ever-evolving needs of diverse populations. I take seriously my duties to serve as NCDA Board liaison to the CDF Advisory Council as we strive to continuously improve and enhance our accessibility, materials, and delivery of this critical curriculum and service. Drawing from the Advisory Council's energy, creativity and caring spirit, I look forward to supporting their professional leadership role while drawing on my own experiences as a CDF instructor and a facilitator. Our common goal is to work for the greater good of the individual, the Council, the Board, and the Association.
