CDF Advisory Council - Celeste Hall

Celeste Hall comes to the Advisory Council with 31 years of experience in K-12 education, school counseling and career development.  After working as a high school counselor, career counselor and teaching career development to university school counseling students, her goal on the Council is to encourage the use of the Career Development Facilitator program to train educators so that they can increase the integration of career development into curriculum.

Her current position is with the Virginia Community College System as the Career Coach Specialist providing program support and training to high school and adult career coaches employed by Virginia’s 23 community colleges. She serves on the boards of the Virginia Career Development Association and the Virginia Counselors Association Foundation.
