New York State Career Development Association Conference (NYSCDA)

Buffalo, New York

NYSCDA is pleased to announce our bi-annual conference at the University of Buffalo’s Center for Tomorrow.  The conference theme is “Diversity in Career Development: Challenges and Opportunities.” The conference features keynote speakers and educational sessions on all areas of career development and the importance of diversity in our practice. This is an exceptional professional development and networking opportunity for all career practitioners, including school counselors, career counselors/specialists, rehabilitation counselors, college career counselors and advisors, graduate students, counselor educators, and any individual interested in career development issues in education, government, nonprofit, or private practice settings.

 

Call for proposals:

For our bi-annual conference on June 9-10, the deadline to submit your proposal is March 25, 2016. Proposals pertaining to career development topics for all populations are welcome, including school and college settings, community and agency settings, as well as special populations and lifespan issues pertaining to career development.
