Requirements:
You will be responsible for sales efforts related to all WFMY News 2 digital products. We seek someone with an online selling background and strong closing skills for a challenging and rewarding position. 

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for generating new revenue while growing existing business for all station platforms with a majority of focus on online, digital and mobile products.
• Develop new and non-traditional revenue through consistent and creative prospecting. 
• Meet with customers, listen and assess their needs, and provide creative and successful marketing solutions which produce results and exceed expectations. 
• Build and develop strong partner relationships with new and existing clients. 
• Develop presentations, negotiate business, sell local specials and sponsorships, and proactively merchandise the station’s audiences.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals, while driving digital revenue
• Minimum 2 years sales experience; preferably interactive online experience. 
• College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and willing to work as a team player. 
• Creativity, flexibility, and ability to change with our industry.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment. 
• An entrepreneurial and creative approach to business
• Strong computer skills - including Excel and PowerPoint – and ability to learn proprietary software.
