WLOS-TV, the ABC affiliate (36th ADI), located in Asheville, NC has an immediate opening for a full-time Photographer.
You will need to have 1-2 years shooting and editing experience (linear and non-linear) in a competitive, deadline-driven, daily newscast environment. NO BEGINNERS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
Your demo tape should display strong storytelling abilities including the use of visual sequencing and natural sound, creative lighting and composition. Satellite up-linking skills and the ability to drive a large, manual transmission vehicle preferred (experience is not required)You must be committed to multi-platform delivery: broadcast, web and mobile. Teamwork skills and the ability to work alone are required. Valid driver’s license.
