Registration Payment Policy
Midwest Care Alliance offers two convenient options for registration payment: on-line and mail. On-line registrations offer the convenience of paying via credit card. Registrations submitted via mail must have payment enclosed with the registration form. If a registration is received without payment, MCA will contact the registrant to determine method of payment.
If payment is not received prior to the conference, the registrant will be responsible for payment at the Conference Registration Desk prior to attending sessions.
Primary Presenter Registration Policy
As the Primary Presenter, your registration fee will be waived on the day you present. If you are interested in attending additional days during the conference, regular member pricing will be extended to you.
ON-line Registration Confirmation Policy
When registering on-line, a confirmation will be sent via e-mail upon processing. If you do not receive confirmation by Friday, October 31, 2014, please contact Bobbi Dolan at email@example.com or call 614-763-0036.
Registration Changes/Substitution Policy
Substitutions should be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Substitutions will be accepted at the Midwest Care Alliance office up until Friday, October 31, 2014.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing (email) to Midwest Center for Education. Cancellations two (2) weeks or earlier will be refunded minus a 20% cancellation fee up to a maximum of $50. Cancellations one (1) week prior to the event will receive a refund of 50% of the cost of the registration fee.
Any cancellations within one (1) week of the event, including the day of the event, will not be refunded for the cost of the registration fee.
There are no refunds available for cancellations due to weather if the conference itself is not cancelled.
Half Day Registration Policy
Midwest Care Alliance offers a half day registration option for our conference to attend morning or afternoon sessions. Half-day registrations DO NOT include lunch.
Special Needs/Services Policy
If you require special services, ADA requirements, or have special dietary concerns/needs, please indicate those at the time you register for the conference. Special needs/services can also be emailed to email@example.com and must be received no later than Friday, October 31, 2014 in order to allow enough time to process individual requests.
