Part I: January 18
To gain a general understanding of the basics of of the OASIS C derived Home Health Quality Measures as well as the process measures.
Part II: February 15
Understand the Outcome Based Quality Improvement report and how it is utilized.
Part III: March 21
To select a specific process quality measure and develop a Plan of Action to improve rates of compliance with best care practice.

- Describe the background of process measures.
- Identify the process measures.
- Describe the purposes for process measures.
Part II: February 15
- Describe the definition for each process measures.
- Identify the elements of the Process Quality Measure Report.
- Interpret the Process Quality Measure Report.
Part III: March 21
- Describe the selection of the Process Quality Measures for investigation.
- Describe the process to determine potential causes for the low rates of compliance.
- Describe the process for developing/ implementing a Plan of Action.
