Vendor Review Tool
As a means to improve communication and help facilitate manufacturers liaison meetings, the Controls Council developed the Vendor Review Tool a few years ago. This short survey ask questions in 15 different categories that attempt to objectively assess the performance of the specified manufacturer. These results have been utilized to help improve the distributor/manufacturer relationship in a constructive and objective manner.
