Membership Committee

Mission:  Responsible for getting and retaining members.  The Committee also coordinates the public relations of HARDI so the HVAC industry better understands the value distribution brings to the entire industry, from vendor to distributor/wholesaler to customer.  Prospective members should be selected who are able to contribute their skills in such a way that they benefit the Association as a whole.

Activities:
              
Goal & measure efforts of regional directors on recruitment and retention.
           Direct materials promoting the value of HARDI membership and two-step 
           distribution.
           Promote HARDI membership in the press and at trade show.
           Work with vendors and reps to encourage them to recruit their customer
           base as members.
           Have Regional/local membership "Ambassadors" who would regularly
           review and contact prospects for membership.  Ambassadors would also
           guide new attendees/members/guests at national and regional meetings.
