General Information
Photographs viewed over the internet pale in comparison to an actual high quality print. Subtle details and nuances of color are impossible to convey in a low-resolution web image and variations from monitor to monitor.
Print Sizes and Options
Print sizes refer to paper size, not image size. Please note that image sizes are approximate since many photographs don't correspond to these standard dimensions. Not every photograph is available in every size.
Prints are matted with black museum quality archival matboard. Custom print and mat sizes may be available upon request depending on the image. They will generally be priced at the next largest standard size. Prints are matted to the next standard frame size; 8x10 prints are matted to 11x14 size, 11x14 matted to 16x20, 16x24 to 22x28 and 20x30 prints are matted to 24x36.
Photographs are printed on Kodak Professional Portra Endura paper. Black and white photos are printed on Endura Professional Metallic paper which has a unique pearlescent surface that makes black and white images really pop. Each print is personally proofed and signed by the photographer.
Processing Your Order
Credit card orders are processed through PayPal. Ordering is safe and secure. You do not need a PayPal account to place an order.
Shipping
I do not keep an inventory of prints. Your print is made when you place your order. Creating your print takes between 7-10 days. Then it is shipped via FedEx or UPS. Please contact me for information on rush delivery.
All orders are carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipping. Should your order arrive damaged, you can ship it back to me (at my cost) and I will replace the item free of charge.
Guarantee
I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please carefully inspect your print when you receive it. If you are not absolutely satisfied with the print for any reason, feel free to return it for a full refund. All refund requests must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the print and the print must be returned in resale condition in the original packaging.
