More than 3000 project drawings are filed annually in the DBX Plan Room and online. Local projects are physically or electronically filed in our plan room, and projects for all of Ohio can be accessed at no additional charge from plan room computer stations. The Construction Journal
The DBX Construction Journal is published every month. It includes projects filed in the Plan Room, regional court news, lien filings, area industry news articles, and educational seminar notices.
Legal Services Plan
This plan provides members with the ability to get back their investment in dues many times over. Every DBX Member is entitled to one free telephone consultation per month with attorney Bob Dunlevy of Dunlevey, Mahan and Furry. This firm specializes in Labor Law, OSHA and Construction Contract Law.
The Dayton Builders Exchange endorses CareWorks Consultants Inc. for Workers' Compensation Group Rating. CareWorks Consultants Inc. Drug-Free Workplace Training Service
DBX offers Drug-Free Workplace Policy Development Services in conjunction with Working Partners. Working Partners is recognized throughout the industry for their consulting expertise in Drug and Alcohol Free Workplace policy development.
DBX Staff are qualified to do both Employee and Supervisor training. We can perform this service either at your firm, or you can take advantage of regularly scheduled group training sessions in the DBX Classroom. For more information call Rachel Pinkus.
Teambuilding Night
This is an annual event where the DBX provides an evening for General Contractors and Subcontractors to renew business acquaintances and to establish new business contact between Generals and Subs. The evening also includes the presentation of the Annual DBX Craftsmanship and Architectural Awards.
Annual Golf Outing
DBX sponsors an annual golf outing that includes the membership of several area related trade associations
