Your privacy is important to BMES. We protect your online information in the same way we protect our Member information obtained through telephone, fax and e-mail communication.

Following are guidelines we use for protecting the information you provide to us during your visit to www.bmes.org.

In addition, many areas of this website may be accessible only to BMES members.

Member Contact Information

BMES does not sell your contact information to third parties. From time to time, however, we may send you offers from our selected third parties. In addition, we may provide information we collect about you with third party vendors contracted to facilitate our meetings, conferences and other activities. These third party vendors are subject to stringent data security and confidentiality requirements and, upon completion of their services, all information is returned to BMES or destroyed.

While we believe this disclosure of your information will result in opportunities that may be of interest to you, you have the right to tell us not to give your information to any third party. If you want BMES to keep your information confidential and not share it with any third party, please send an e-mail to info@bmes.org or mail your written request to BMES, 8401 Corporate Drive, Suite 1125, Landover, MD 20785. Your request must include your name, organization name, number (if any), mailing address and must be signed. Please allow up to four (4) weeks to process your request. After your request has been fulfilled, the only disclosures we will make are those required by law.
