CEDAR PARK, Texas, April 28, 2010 - The American-Israel Chamber of Commerce (AICC) will celebrate its 9th year of recognizing outstanding companies at their annual Eagle Star Awards Gala. Three companies will compete for the Israeli Company of the Year award. Finalists are recognized as companies who have contributed most to the Southeast-Israel business relationship. Qualifications for consideration of the award; the company must be headquartered or the major regional office is located in the Southeastern US, have an established revenue stream, be innovative, creative and entrepreneurial. In addition, new jobs must have been created due to the partnership. Finally, the company's CEO and executive team must demonstrate strong leadership.

Partnered in February to deploy SeerGate Secured LockTM system, a secure interbank payment and invoicing solution, for IBT's growing portfolio of clients. The deal provides Israel's SeerGate with an immediate reach to over 200 banks in the US and initial penetration to the P2P and Small Business multi-trillion dollar payment markets where transactions are mostly paper checks and cash based. It will enable IBT's financial institutions to expand and re-leverage their brands and customer relationships directly into the e-payment space while recapturing revenue streams and customer loyalty lost to alternative payment methods.

The AICC, Southeast Region was established in 1992 as a private, not-for-profit (and non-governmental) business organization to boost the Israeli and Southeastern economies by helping their companies develop business relationships with each other and explore new market opportunities. With over 450 members today, AICC is headquartered in Atlanta and serves companies from Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Miscopy, and Israel.

Award winners will be announced May 12th at the Georgia-Pacific Gypsum Corporation.

"We are honored to be recognized by AICC. The partnership with SeerGate was a natural coalition for IBT. It enables us to provide superior service to our client base which is a win-win for all of us," stated Mike Golebiowski, President of IBT.
