CSI EXPANDS CORE PROCESSING INTO IOWA

Signs Shenandoah Bank

PADUCAH, Ky. - (January 26, 2010) - The City National Bank of Shenandoah, Iowa (CNB), has signed with Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX: CSVI), expanding CSI's core processing footprint into the state of Iowa. Among the reasons CNB decided to look for a different core processing provider were a desire for improved service and to partner with a provider that shared a similar management philosophy.

The 120-year history of The City National Bank of Shenandoah has been dominated by family ownership and a family attitude toward its customers. In this same spirit, this community bank decided to look for a data processing partner; not just a provider.

At a time when many banks are reluctant to make major strategic decisions, CNB took a proactive approach to moving the bank forward. "Technology was important in our decision," stated Greg Ritchey, CEO of City National Bank in Shenandoah, "and CSI's reputation for customer service, emphasis on ongoing training, and overall management philosophy appear to be an excellent fit for our bank."

Located between Omaha and Des Moines, CNB reports $65 million in assets and proudly touts its top notch staff of friendly and competent people armed with competitively priced financial services to meet every need. City National is truly a hometown, family bank, leading the charge in economic development and improving the quality of life in its community.

"I believe CSI is a good fit for this bank because they were looking for a partner that could deliver a proven system with extra attention to service. CSI can deliver innovative solutions and provide service by a staff that truly knows community banking," said Andy Burkett, CSI Vice President of Sales.
