How to Register
Registrations will be accepted on the official registration form only. Photocopies of the form are acceptable. Acceptable methods of payment are check, money order, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA.
To Register
Online Secured Online Registration
STEP 1: Registering online is easy! On the Login page, either Login using your email address and password OR select Need to set up a new account? and enter your email address and click Login. From that page, create your account by entering your Login & Password Information, Contact Information, and communication preferences. For first time registrants, once you have completed that information, you will be directed to the User Menu.
STEP 2: To register, you will only need to access #4 of the menu items - Register for an Upcoming Event. Use this link to register for upcoming events. Click on "Ohio Chapter, ACS 2011 Annual Meeting" to register for the event.
Step 3: At the bottom of Step 2 you will have the option to register an additional attendee or add a spouse/guest. If you select this option, you will be routed to Step 2 again to add another person. Once you have added all additional individuals, you will be routed to Step 4.
Step 4: You will be shown a receipt stating the event(s) you selected, as well as any fees. The fees shown are according to your membership status, i.e. member/non-member, etc. If you register after the early registration deadline, your total shown will be the regular registration fee.

Confirmations
Online registrants will receive immediate confirmations/receipts via email. All other registrants will receive written confirmations/receipts of registration via email, fax, or mail. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and the Annual Meeting may sell-out at any time. Therefore, we highly encourage you to confirm your registration with chapter Executive Office before making travel arrangements.
Cancellation, Substitution & Refund Policy
Registration cancellations prior to the end of business day on April 26, 2011 will incur no penalty. Cancellations after April 26, 2011 are subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellation notices must be sent in writing to the Ohio Chapter Executive Office. No refunds will be made on cancellations made after May 3, 2011 and forfeited fees cannot be applied to future meetings due to IRS reporting requirements.
