Florida Chapter has a block of single and double rooms at a discounted group rate of $165 plus tax. Sleeping rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and reservations must be made by February 11, 2011 to receive the Florida Chapter discounted room rate. There is also a discounted $10 daily service charge per room, per day that provides use of resort activities and amenities including: in-room safe, unlimited access for local, 800 or 888 calls and in-state credit card calls, unlimited use of the Health Club, 9-hole Pitch & Putt course, golf driving range access, court time at the Racquet Club, all water sports including non-motorized boats (Hydrobikes, sail boats, paddle boats and canoes), as well as resort bicycles and quadricycles, high-speed hard wired internet in guest rooms, and self-parking for in-house guests.

Step 1: Registering online is easy! On the Login page, either log in using your email address and password OR select "Need to set up a new account?" and enter your email address and click "Login". From that page, create your account by entering your Login & Password Information, Contact Information, and communication preferences. Registrants will then be directed to the User Menu.

Step 2: To register, you will only need to access #4 of the menu items - "Register for an Upcoming Event." Click on "FCOT - Winter 2011 Meeting" to register for the event.

Step 3: After registering yourself, you will have the option to register an additional attendee. If you select this option, you will be routed to Step 2 again to add another person. Once you have added all additional individuals, you may proceed to Step 4.

Step 4: You will be shown a receipt stating the event(s) you selected, showing any fees paid.
